Mechanisms and Signaling Pathways in Mouse Model of Renal Cell Carcinoma
  • Performed computational analysis of RNA sequencing data in RStudio to identify differential gene expression and enriched signaling pathways related to P53 Codon 72 Polymorphism.
  • Developed scientific figures for publications, graphical abstracts, and grant submissions using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Conducted qRT-PCR assays, Western blot analyses, immunofluorescence staining, and confocal microscopy to assess protein localization and cellular phenotypes.
  • Prepared frozen tissue specimens, cryosections, and immunohistochemistry staining to evaluate protein expression within tissue microenvironments.
  • Contributed to NIH grant proposals by editing scientific text, synthesizing literature, and generating supporting experimental figures.

Mechanisms and Signaling Pathways of T-Cell Responses
  • Conducted extensive literature review on tumor-infiltrating macrophages, FLT3/FL signaling, cancer immune defense, and the tumor microenvironment.
  • Completed PCR training and performed gel electrophoresis; assisted with mouse model experiments including tumor measurement and analysis.
  • Learned flow cytometry fundamentals on the Cytoflex platform, including gating, compensation, and data analysis for immunological applications.
